5. Limitation of Liability

• You agree that we will not be responsible or liable (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise) under any circumstances for any interruption of business, access delays or interruptions to the site, data non-delivery, corruption, destruction, or other modification, loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of dealings with or the presence of off-website links on the site, computer viruses, or any other reason.
• Furthermore, to the greatest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the site or your use of it, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence).

If you do post content or submit material, you grant Catlabs a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media, unless we indicate otherwise. You allow Catlabs and its sublicensees permission to use the name you submit in connection with such content if they so desire.
• Unless otherwise specified by you, Catlabs reserves the right to display the artwork, product or any other service/content we have created for you in our shops or on websites as part of our portfolio.
• You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Catlabs for all claims arising from the content you supply. Catlabs reserves the right, but not the duty, to monitor, edit, or delete any activity or content. Catlabs accepts no responsibility or liability for any content uploaded by you or any third party.

8. Copyright Complaints

• Catlabs respects other people's intellectual property. If you suspect that your work has been duplicated in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our legal team by info@catlabs.lk with the topic "Legal Complaint" in the subject line.

9. Risk of Loss

• All Catlabs purchases are done subject to a shipment contract. This implies that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you at the time we send them to the carrier.

10. Returns and Refunds

• We are confident that you will be pleased with your Catlabs purchase. If you need to return your order for any reason, please email us at info@catlabs.lk. Any refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment for your order, or in the form of a suitable replacement. The amount debited to your card or received as payment for that specific product, plus shipping expenses, constitutes a full refund.

• Product returns are subject to the following conditions:
  • The Product must be returned to us. Shipping charges for returns are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error, such as a product defect.
  • We cannot accept returns after 07 days from the date of delivery.
  • We are unable to accept product returns that have been used (i.e. after the event date).
  • We cannot accept a Product return if you just changed your mind, such as preferring a different product or requesting changes to the artwork. Catlabs does not take title to returned items until they reach at our facility, and a restocking fee of 40% of the product price (excluding shipping costs) may apply. A refund may be provided without the need for a return at our discretion. In this case, Catlabs does not retain ownership of the reimbursed item.
• Catlabs makes every effort to be as precise as possible and makes no guarantee that product descriptions or other information of any product are accurate, comprehensive, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product sold by Catlabs does not meet your expectations, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

11. Pricing

• We reserve the right to alter the prices at any time by posting the changes on the Site and providing notice of such change. Any modifications become effective immediately after they are posted on the Site. Unless otherwise stated, the List Price or Suggested Price displayed for products does not include shipping charges and does not include taxes owed to regulatory institutions or customs agencies. The list price or suggested price provided in currencies other than Sri Lankan rupees is merely for reference purposes. The payment gateway and transacting banks will use the exchange rates in effect at the time of purchase.

1. Delivery Coverage

CatLabs Printing Shop offers island-wide delivery, ensuring accessibility to all reachable locations within the island.

2. Delivery Schedule

Our delivery service operates from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Estimated delivery times may vary based on the destination.

3. Delivery Charges

Additional charges may apply for specialized delivery requests, including expedited delivery and deliveries to remote areas.

4. Order Cut-off Times

To qualify for same-day delivery via PickMe around Colombo Urban Areas, orders must be placed before 10:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be processed for delivery on the next business day.

5. Delivery Methods

Deliveries are managed through third-party courier services.

6. Delivery Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS from the respective courier service.

7. Delivery Conditions

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery within the specified time frame. For security reasons, deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes or unattended locations.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

In case of a failed delivery attempt, the third-party courier will make an additional attempt based on their delivery policies. If delivery remains unsuccessful, customers may be required to collect their order from a designated pickup location or arrange re-delivery at an additional cost.

9. Delivery Confirmation

Customers must provide a signature upon receiving their order. Alternatively, contactless delivery with photo confirmation is available upon request.
