10. Returns and Refunds

Any refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment for your order, or in the form of a suitable replacement. The amount debited to your card or received as payment for that specific product, plus shipping expenses, constitutes a full refund.
- Product returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The Product must be returned to us. Shipping charges for returns are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error, such as a product defect.
- We cannot accept returns after 07 days from the date of delivery.
- We are unable to accept product returns that have been used (i.e. after the event date).
- We cannot accept a Product return if you just changed your mind, such as preferring a different product or requesting changes to the artwork. Catlabs does not take title to returned items until they reach at our facility, and a restocking fee of 40% of the product price (excluding shipping costs) may apply. A refund may be provided without the need for a return at our discretion. In this case, Catlabs does not retain ownership of the reimbursed item.
- Catlabs makes every effort to be as precise as possible and makes no guarantee that product descriptions or other information of any product are accurate, comprehensive, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product sold by Catlabs does not meet your expectations, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Any modifications become effective immediately after they are posted on the Site. 3. Delivery Charges
Additional charges may apply for specialized delivery requests, including expedited delivery and deliveries to remote areas.
4. Order Cut-off Times
To qualify for same-day delivery via PickMe around Colombo Urban Areas, orders must be placed before 10:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be processed for delivery on the next business day.
5. Delivery Methods

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS from the respective courier service.
7. Delivery Conditions

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below Rs. 5,000. For orders exceeding this amount, payment must be made online at the time of purchase.
4. Can I place bulk orders for my company?

5. How can I place an order for pickup?
Placing a pickup order is the same as placing a delivery order. Simply proceed to checkout and select the pickup option. Once your order is placed, we will contact you for artwork approval. After approval, your order will be ready for pickup within a maximum of 2 business days. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
